The Dubai Jebel Ali (JT) Metro Green Line North Station Pods—specifically Pods **G03A, G03B, G04A, G04B, and G05A—were constructed during 2007–2008 as part of the expansion of Dubai’s modern metro infrastructure.
The works involved complex underground construction techniques, including H-beam shoring, soldier piling, deep excavation, and extensive dewatering operations, to safely create the entrance pod structures in challenging ground conditions.
Precision engineering and strict safety protocols were essential due to the proximity of existing utilities, traffic routes, and urban surroundings. These entrance pods were designed to provide safe and efficient access for passengers, integrating architectural finishes with structural durability. The successful completion of these pods contributed to the timely delivery of the Green Line and enhanced public transport accessibility across Dubai.
